Location: the hotel was just next door to the airport and a 16th century renovated palace and the beautiful gardens. Also, it was set within 10 minutes walk from Jackpot Golf Club.

Staying in a 16th-century renovated palace, surrounded by beautiful gardens, made our trip to Dubrovnik old town truly magical. The deluxe double room had a stunning sea view and the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. The breakfast, prepared by a Michelin starred chef, offered a great variety and delicious options. Additionally, the pool facilities and gym were top-notch, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The standard double room was small and felt a bit cramped, especially with two suitcases.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main road and a short walk to the city center. We also enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the stunning views from there.
Despite our request for a nice view, we were given a room facing a brick wall, which was not what we had expected based on the pictures we saw. Additionally, the hotel is located on a hill, which made walking up the stairs from the city center a bit challenging, especially in the August heat.

We booked Palace Natali for our honeymoon and all I can say - what an amazing place to stay! Centrally located, lovely building with outdoor dining and romantic tables to relax. Perfect service, delicious food and gorgeous setting. We stayed in one of the suites with a sea view and we were welcomed with the bottle of wine in our room which was really sweet. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in a stunning 16th century renovated palace close to the center. Our room was beautifully furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was exceptional, providing outstanding service and helpful suggestions for activities. The breakfast options were delicious, with flexibility to accommodate individual preferences. The hotel had a peaceful ambiance and exclusive atmosphere, with only 20 rooms. The location was perfect, allowing for an easy walk to the old town and quick access to the main road. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The standard double room we stayed in was a bit small, making it difficult to fit two suitcases comfortably.
